Free shipping for all orders over $150 to the 48 contiguous states. Flat rate shipping of $20 for orders below $150 to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We ship Zuku baskets and accessories to the US 48 contiguous states via FedEx Ground Service from Nederland, Colorado. After placing your order, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and pack it. From the time we ship your order, expect 1-5 days for it to arrive.

Return Policy

Zuku does not offer exchanges. If you are buying a basket for someone else, we recommend purchasing one of our electronic gift cards, available here.

We have a 14-day return policy. You are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering shipping costs.

All Zuku baskets and accessories must be shipped back to us in their original boxing and packaging. Moses basket pads, linens, and cushions can only be returned if unused.

We only accept returns for merchandise in new condition. You are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering shipping costs.
